We offer a variety of add-ons to tailor our service to meet your requirements. These can be purchased at any time via the property listing in your dashboard.

Premium Upgrade

This package is designed to give your listing a clean, professional look, providing the ultimate sales boost. It includes professional photography, a floorplan, a full property description and a video walkthrough.

Virtual Tour

A virtual tour allows prospective buyers to get a sense of the property before and after a physical viewing, and can be helpful in the decision making process. Virtual tours are beneficial when advertising to buyers outside your local area who can't travel to participate in a physical viewing.

Energy Performance Certificate (EPC):

By law, every property advertised for sale must have an up-to-date EPC in place. These certificates last 10 years. You can check if your property has an up to date EPC by checking the government website using this link: https://www.gov.uk/find- energy-certificate

Rightmove Premium Listing:

A premium listing displays on Rightmove's search results page and will expand your property listing with a green banner underneath it. Your property will attract more attention with a larger advert, featuring bigger images with more on display. You can also add a 'Sticker Text' to promote a key feature of the property. Premium listings can increase interest by up to 25%, and have been known to help find buyers up 30 times faster than a regular listing.

As long as your property stays on Rightmove, you will keep your premium listing. If you purchase a premium listing, then cancel your Rightmove subscription and choose not to renew it before your listing leaves Rightmove, you will lose your premium listing status. To reinstate this, a second premium listing will need to be purchased.

Zoopla Premium Listing:

Similar to a Rightmove premium listing, Zoopla premium listings are highlighted in relevant search results and display more photos on results pages to stand out amongst other property listings. On average, they receive 70% more page views and generate more than twice as many enquiries than standard listings. Your Zoopla premium listing will apply to your advert for as long it stays on the market
