There are no limits
As your personalised code does not expire, you can invite as many people as you like to sign up to Griffin Property Co's sales and lettings services, receiving a £50 Amazon voucher every time. The only person you can't refer is yourself or anyone who owns the property with you.
Timely Rewards
We send out your reward when your friend's listing goes live, whether that's in sales or lettings. The property has to be listed with us to receive the voucher, but once that has been completed, it doesn't matter if it's taken off the market in the future. We understand that circumstances change.

The reward is by listing a property on the Griffin Property Co website, so your friend will have to complete the listing process for you to qualify.
That's OK — sometimes people's circumstances change, and we understand that. As long as they've gone through the listing process with Griffin Property Co, you will get your reward.
Not really! You can't refer yourself and you can't refer anyone who owns the property with you, but other than that you can refer anyone — and as many people as you like. You'll only get one voucher per referral though, so even if you refer a couple or multiple person household, you'll receive £50.
