As an Online Letting Agent we are able to tailor our packages to give our landlords as much or as little as they need.

Additional service we offer include :

Viewings Package - £250
We will arrange and carry out the viewings for you until your property is successfully let.

Professional Photos and Property Details - £120
This includes photos, description, key features and room descriptions.

Tenancy Agreement - £15
We will supply you with a fully compliant agreement personalised to you, and electronically signed by all parties.

Tenant Referencing - £20
Per tenant, that includes credit check, income check, previous residential check and identification check.

Collection of First Months Rent and Deposit -£15
Once your tenant has been agreed we will arrange to collect the first month's rent and deposit. The deposit will then be registered with the DPS

Energy Performance Certificate - £75
By law, every property needs an EPC. These last 10 years, if you do not have one, we can arrange this for you.

Gas Safety Certificate - £75
By law, if a property has a gas supply it must have a gas certificate, these last one year. If you do not have one, we can arrange this for you.
