I've worked in the Lettings industry before and could not understand how my National Agency could justify the charges we made considering the margins being so small for the majority of Landlords. When deciding to Let my first property I went to Griffin as they'd done a great job selling my house (and saving me literally thousands) a few years back. I honestly couldn't believe how reasonably priced their rental services were too, but was a bit worried that 'you get what you pay for'… definitely not the case. My property had 5 offers at around 15% above the monthly rental price in that street. They carried out all the pre move in admin effectively and efficiently and helped me arrange Rent & legal protection. Communication between myself, the tenant and themselves was always spot on.
